“I chose this accommodation after seeing great views and reviews, and it's an even better house than I expected. While it looks old from the outside, the interior is well-decorated and the bus stop is right in front, so the transportation was convenient. Most importantly, the view is amazing - the night view, sea view, and sunrise are all absolutely spectacular and mesmerizing. There was no elevator, so moving luggage up the stairs was tough at first, but living there provided good exercise and was nice overall. The only downside was that on the first day, the window direction was reversed, and I got bitten by a lot of mosquitoes through the gap. After fixing the window direction and turning on the home humidifier, it was fine. I was a bit surprised to find animal hair completely filling the vacuum cleaner because the dust hadn't been emptied, but there were no other inconveniences. This is a beautiful house I'd love to visit again if I come back to Busan Yeongdo next time.”

LiveAnywhere is Korea's favorite short-term and vacation rental platform, built for extended stays of one week to six months. From trendy studios in Seoul to relaxing beach houses in Jeju, every home comes fully furnished and can be booked in minutes through the LiveAnywhere app.
It works much like Airbnb, but with a structure designed for longer visits: competitive weekly and monthly rates instead of nightly pricing, no repeated cleaning fees, and utilities included in your payment. That's why an extended stay in Korea through LiveAnywhere often costs noticeably less than booking the same period on a nightly platform.
Some listings include a small security deposit, far smaller than the large lump-sum deposits required by traditional Korean leases. Your deposit is held securely in escrow by LiveAnywhere, not by the host. After checkout, the host checks the property, and once they confirm there are no issues, your deposit is refunded within a maximum of 5 business days.
If you're looking for an Airbnb alternative in Busan, LiveAnywhere is built for stays of a week or longer. Nightly rates are set for extended stays, so the same apartment often costs noticeably less than booking week by week on a nightly platform. There are no repeated cleaning fees, utilities are included, and every host is verified and legally operating.
Yes, LiveAnywhere listings in Busan are bookable without a Korean guarantor. The platform was built around removing that requirement, so the process stays entirely online from start to finish.
