“My wife and I go to Jeju Island every year with Pomeranian Yeonyu. Last time, we stayed in Seongsan for a month, Namwon for two weeks, and this time, we stayed in Hallim for a week. When I choose a place to stay, the most difficult part is bedding. If I can't sleep comfortably, my trip is not enjoyable. But this place had an excellent bedding set. The bed was comfortable, perhaps because the mattress was expensive, and the bedding was clean and neat. Another good thing was that the photos introducing the house were similar to the actual house, and the house was clean, which was nice. The yard was not very big because the grass was well maintained, but it was enough for the dog to run around freely. It's a little way from the main road, so it's quiet, but there are many houses around, so it's not desolate. It's a good house for a concentrated trip to the western part of Jeju Island. If I have a chance, I would go there again without hesitation. I had a good rest, boss. Thank you.^^”

“It was a place where I could deeply immerse myself in the seas of Hyopjae and Geumneung for two weeks. Whenever I wanted to go out, the sea was right there, so I could visit without any burden. It was a pleasant space with great sunlight and good ventilation. The furniture was well-equipped, so I was able to spend my time comfortably without any inconvenience. Although Jeju Island is said to be dangerous these days, it's an excellent and safe place for solo travelers or couples to visit.”

“The location is amazing with Hyeopjae Beach right in front of the accommodation. There's a water fountain right in front of the house, which is great for rinsing off after playing in the water. The wooden house floor does sway a bit with each step, but it wasn't particularly inconvenient. I also appreciated that each room has separate heating and cooling controls. During my stay, 3 insects appeared. (TT) When I mentioned it, they immediately did pest control for us~~ I think this is unavoidable since it's a standalone wooden house. I had a great ten days here. ^^^ The photos were taken at checkout, so please note that the place looks a bit less organized. ~!!”
LiveAnywhere is Korea's favorite short-term and vacation rental platform, built for extended stays of one week to six months. From trendy studios in Seoul to relaxing beach houses in Jeju, every home comes fully furnished and can be booked in minutes through the LiveAnywhere app.
It works much like Airbnb, but with a structure designed for longer visits: competitive weekly and monthly rates instead of nightly pricing, no repeated cleaning fees, and utilities included in your payment. That's why an extended stay in Korea through LiveAnywhere often costs noticeably less than booking the same period on a nightly platform.
Some listings include a small security deposit, far smaller than the large lump-sum deposits required by traditional Korean leases. Your deposit is held securely in escrow by LiveAnywhere, not by the host. After checkout, the host checks the property, and once they confirm there are no issues, your deposit is refunded within a maximum of 5 business days.
