“This is my second visit after May, now in October. It's the best house when visiting Ganghwa Island. While you need to go a bit deeper from the entrance of Ganghwa Island, it makes traveling to Seokmo Island, Gyeodong Island, and Wepo-ri convenient and easy. The owner maintains the house very cleanly, so I was able to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. Especially at night, there's no light pollution around, so I could enjoy a fantastic night sky, which was really wonderful. If the opportunity arises, I would like to visit again next time.”

“I was worried after booking a one-month stay before retirement preparation, but I returned after a great healing. Thanks to the meticulous care of the landlord, I enjoyed the luxury of having a barbecue on the terrace with the introduction of local attractions and the generous preparation of supplies. I think the memory of searching all the convenience stores around the area because I couldn't open the wine I brought will be a memory. Please note that there is no wine opener. It says there are two rooms, but I think they opened the living room. It is not insufficient space for four people to sleep, but there is only one separate space, so you should note that there was plenty of bedding. Since we were only a couple, we used the space well without any inconvenience. It is spacious and the view from the front living room window is especially beautiful when the sun sets. The neighborhood walking course is also great. I often went to the mineral hot springs and Bomunsa Temple as neighborhood drinking places. I felt refreshed because I couldn't use shampoo and soap at the hot springs, but my skin got so much better that I went several times. I will go back after seeing every nook and cranny of Ganghwa Island for a month and feeling grateful. I will visit again when I can work from home completely. I'm happy Thank you to the owner who made it convenient for me to rest well and be happy^^”

“The house was truly beautiful, with a spacious yard and the sun setting over the sea. I thoroughly enjoyed the week-long experience of living in a single-family home. The barbecue and fire pit provided were very useful, and the bedding was very soft and comfortable. Most of the daily necessities were provided, making it convenient for long-term stays. However, if you're staying longer, it might be a good idea to bring along some extra items like rubber gloves and toilet paper. I'll visit again next spring if I get the chance. Thanks to your well-prepared arrangements, I had a comfortable stay. Thank you. I hope you prosper!!”

LiveAnywhere is Korea's favorite short-term and vacation rental platform, built for extended stays of one week to six months. From trendy studios in Seoul to relaxing beach houses in Jeju, every home comes fully furnished and can be booked in minutes through the LiveAnywhere app.
It works much like Airbnb, but with a structure designed for longer visits: competitive weekly and monthly rates instead of nightly pricing, no repeated cleaning fees, and utilities included in your payment. That's why an extended stay in Korea through LiveAnywhere often costs noticeably less than booking the same period on a nightly platform.
Some listings include a small security deposit, far smaller than the large lump-sum deposits required by traditional Korean leases. Your deposit is held securely in escrow by LiveAnywhere, not by the host. After checkout, the host checks the property, and once they confirm there are no issues, your deposit is refunded within a maximum of 5 business days.
LiveAnywhere works well as an Airbnb alternative for anyone staying in Incheon for a week or more. Rates are structured for longer bookings, not nightly stays, which usually works out cheaper than a night-by-night platform. There are no repeated cleaning fees, utilities are included, and hosts are verified and legally operating.
