Just keep in mind that towels, shampoo, and shower gel aren't provided, so it's worth picking some up at a nearby store beforehand. Extra pillows would have been nice to have on hand but that is just out of personal preference , but overall the communication was great and the host was insanely responsive and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend this place!”

“The clean and sophisticated interior was truly impressive. With 76 square meters of space including a bedroom, spacious living room, and 2 bathrooms, it was very comfortable to stay. The Han River view was absolutely amazing. There were plenty of great restaurants around Gongdeok Station and Mapo Station, so there were many dining options. The Han River Park was just a 4-minute walk away, making it perfect for strolls. Amenities like a washing machine, dryer, and kitchen facilities were well-equipped, making it ideal for long-term stays.”

“I leased this space short-term through and it was such a great experience I had to leave a review. 👍👍 The building was newly built last year, so everything felt brand new — spotless, with high-end furniture and appliances throughout, including the air purifier. Community facilities were excellent too: sauna, pool, and gym with the newest equipment, accessible via fingerprint recognition. Location was unbeatable, right outside the subway station, wifi was fast for remote work, and parking wasn't a mechanical lift. Compared to other places in the same price range, the condition here was clearly top-tier. Above everything, what I loved most was how responsive the management was — any question got an immediate answer, making the stay stress-free. I'd love to lease this exact space again next time I'm in Seoul — I've already secured my lease for next year. Highly recommend it for the location, facilities, and responsive management.”

“Love the place. got nice access to gangnam, myeongdong, hongdae or namdaemun. its great view and really safe. beside the officetel is police department so good place. nearby also have almost everything good restaurant, bus station, convenience store and coffee shop.”
