“I found this place while looking for a place close to Seoul National University Hospital, and it was so close that I was very satisfied. The location itself was great because it was right at the beginning, not in the alley of Daehangno and Hyehwa High School. And the owner took care of various things before check-in and was very kind, so I was very satisfied even before checking in~ Before checking in, I was worried that the room might be small, but when I went there, the room was just the right size and it was great for two people to use. It was comfortable and clean, and I could tell how much the two owners cared about the accommodation~~ Next time I go to Hyehwa, I definitely want to use this accommodation again👍🏻 I'm very satisfied!!!!!”

“As someone who prefers peace and quiet, this unit on this neighborhood is a hidden gem. It’s just short walk to a Changdeokgung palace and bukcheon hanok village. If you are someone who wanted to explore the rich cultural history of Korea then this is the right place for you. It’s also close to everything being anguk station is just few mins walk and bus stops are everywhere including the airport bus stop so it is very convenient for transportation. Cute cafes and famous bakeshops are also located here. The house is very clean and has everything you need. The host is also very friendly and helpful whenever we need anything. One thing to note: This unit is nestled in a high area and there’s no elevator in the unit but it wasn’t a big deal for us as the host helped us with our luggages. Will definitely stay here again when I come back ♥️”

“I couldn't take photos. I stayed for 17 nights and 18 days. My son had to go to the hospital, so I found accommodation to stay with him. It's not far from Seoul National University Hospital. The facilities were nice. I was really grateful to have even things I didn't expect. The kitchen had everything. The host was kind and responsive, and I was able to rest well while going to the hospital. Thank you. Wishing you happiness and good health.”
LiveAnywhere is Korea's favorite short-term and vacation rental platform, built for extended stays of one week to six months. From trendy studios in Seoul to relaxing beach houses in Jeju, every home comes fully furnished and can be booked in minutes through the LiveAnywhere app.
It works much like Airbnb, but with a structure designed for longer visits: competitive weekly and monthly rates instead of nightly pricing, no repeated cleaning fees, and utilities included in your payment. That's why an extended stay in Korea through LiveAnywhere often costs noticeably less than booking the same period on a nightly platform.
Some listings include a small security deposit, far smaller than the large lump-sum deposits required by traditional Korean leases. Your deposit is held securely in escrow by LiveAnywhere, not by the host. After checkout, the host checks the property, and once they confirm there are no issues, your deposit is refunded within a maximum of 5 business days.
Many students book with LiveAnywhere after missing out on a dorm spot, or to skip dorm rules like curfews and shared rooms. You get a private, fully furnished place near campus with your own kitchen and bathroom, and you choose your own move-in and move-out dates instead of following the dorm calendar.
