I recommend this accommodation.
Pyoseon is probably the most secluded place in eastern Jeju, but this accommodation is located in the middle of the mountainous countryside, making it perfect for those who want to relax in a quiet place. You can't see the ocean, but the living room and bedroom windows offer a wide view of the nearby hills and countryside.
It is a two-story house that can accommodate up to 4 people, and it is fully equipped with facilities and supplies for this number of people. There are sufficient amenities such as a kitchen, dishes, various furniture, bedding, shampoo, soap, and towels, and there are independent bathrooms and TVs on the upper and lower floors. Bidests are also installed on all the upper and lower floors. The rooms, living room, kitchen, dining table, chairs, and sofas are also satisfactory, and the internet connection is good.
Due to the location, you must have a car, and if you have a car, there is a Nonghyup Hanaro Mart within 5 minutes, and Pyoseon Beach, famous for its beautiful white sand beach, is within 10 minutes, and there are many famous restaurants in the Pyoseon, Gasiri, and Sehwari areas. While staying here, I discovered many hidden charms of this area. It takes an hour to get to the city center, such as Jeju or Seogwipo, and the access road to the accommodation is narrow and winding, so it is a little difficult to enter and exit the accommodation at night, but it will be okay after a few days of getting used to it.
The host is a cool Gyeongsang-do woman who lives in Jeju, so she can come running whenever you are in a hurry, but I was able to handle everything remotely, both when I first moved in and when I moved out. I stayed for two weeks, paid a deposit of 250,000 won, and received a refund of 130,000 won, limited to 110,000 won for electricity, water, gas, etc. after moving out. And when I checked out, I forgot to leave a shoulder bag behind, but they kindly sent it to me by courier.
It is not a luxury Hius, but it is a simple and clean accommodation with good cost-effectiveness, and I plan to move again if I have the chance.
