The overall reviews of the accommodation were good. I stayed with my children and was satisfied. However, two things seemed to need improvement. 1. One of the female employees at the front desk was very irritable and annoying. She was the type to not communicate immediately and only spoke in her own language, which made it uncomfortable to have to ask two or three times. 2. The pool water seemed to be not circulating properly, and there was a lot of large white floating debris. It was the same for several days. I clearly saw them cleaning in the morning, but when I went in the afternoon, the same debris was still there. Aside from the above two issues, the location of the accommodation was good, the water pressure was good, and the amenities were nice.
