It's on the second floor so privacy is well protected, and if any issues arise, the owner lives right next door to resolve them quickly. The space is spacious, making it convenient for storing luggage, and the yard is also very large. Parking was convenient, and Geumneung Beach is nearby so I went there often for barefoot walks. It was my third year of month-long stays, and this time it was the most cost-effective and comfortable accommodation I've had. If I come back to the west for another month-long stay next year, I'll definitely return here ^^

The house was clean and beautiful, just like in the photos, with a two-room sea view. Both the living room and the bedroom had an open view of the sea, and it always made me feel at ease to listen to the waves and watch the sunset. Convenience stores and the fisheries cooperative were close by, and the tourist spots were a short drive away, which was really convenient. There was also a well-kept yard, and living amenities such as the washing machine and dryer were more than enough, so it was really great for a longer stay. I definitely want to come back again!

Had a quiet and restful stay~ There are lots of restaurants nearby, and it's close to Hamdeok and Woljeongri with just a short drive, which is great. It's a neighborhood I'd love to visit again in summer. Recommended!

We had a truly comfortable and happy stay for a month. The house was really clean, and both the yard and living room were spacious and pleasant, so I was very satisfied throughout our stay. The yard was well-maintained, and it was so clean that I didn't see a single bug during my entire month here. The washing machine and dryer worked perfectly, so we were able to stay without any inconveniences. At first, I thought the neighborhood might be a bit isolated, but once we actually stayed there, I realized that wasn't the case at all. Although you absolutely have to travel by car, the location was great, with many great restaurants and tourist attractions nearby, and several theme parks suitable for children within 30 minutes. Suwolbong, Geumneung, Hyeopjae, and Panpo Port are quite close, so whenever we were bored, we would drive out, stop at spots with a nice view, take naps, and enjoy the night sea. The only downside was that there are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby, so we had to do our grocery shopping in advance before returning, but even that didn't feel like an inconvenience; we had such a wonderful stay. I really wish I could stay longer, but it is such a shame that I couldn't extend my stay because I already have another contract. That is how satisfied I was, and this place made my month in Jeju a wonderful memory. If I come to Jeju again, I will definitely stay here without hesitation! I would like to thank the owner once again from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care to ensure we could stay comfortably for a month. I was able to create many good memories for my 18-month-old baby, and thanks to you, our family of three had a truly wonderful time at this great accommodation. Choosing this place for our Jeju trip was truly an excellent decision. We adjusted our schedule flexibly based on the weather and our energy levels, preferring to enjoy the sea and relax at a leisurely pace rather than rushing through tourist attractions. Every moment was genuinely delightful—from enjoying delicious food at the morning oil market with my mother, who doesn't walk long distances, to playing in the water at Hyeopjae and Gunnae in the afternoon, and then exploring the coastal road and alleyways. The host's meticulous preparation of maps and detailed guides made this kind of trip possible, and I'm truly grateful. They always greeted us with a bright smile, and the delicious bread and bottled water they thoughtfully prepared before our arrival on the first afternoon were a great help. Initially, I was worried about the lack of a dryer, but the host taught us how to use the dehumidifier, so we were able to dry our laundry well. The household supplies provided throughout the house and the convenient parking lot were also wonderful. Within 20 minutes from the house, there are various facilities, making our daily schedule fulfilling. This is a place with no shortcomings for the price—a charming house with a quiet atmosphere, a beautiful garden, bird songs, a mandarin orchard, and lovely trees and stone walls full of character. I loved it so much that I want to return when the mandarins ripen. Thanks to the host's warm consideration, I was happy to create beautiful memories with my mother. A place with a great ocean view and beautiful sunsets. It was really nice to be able to quietly enjoy coffee at a lovely café right next to the house.

The owner is so thoughtful and kind! I stayed here for 6 months while living in Jeju with my 6-month-old baby! There were bed guards and corner protectors attached, and with a queen-size bed and a low-profile mattress on the floor, it was great for staying with my baby! The room was bright and clean overall, so we had a comfortable stay hehe! Uniqlo was nearby, and it was only a 10-20 minute drive to the downtown area with great restaurants, so it was convenient for dining out. Right behind the place is a path leading to the village, so we took stroller walks every day! It's quiet and peaceful. This is an attractive accommodation with a beautiful yard in a quiet village. The distinctive stone walls of Jeju and traditional wooden doors give you a full taste of Jeju's charm, and the view of Seongsan Ilchulbong brings peace of mind. The location is great for traveling the eastern part of Jeju, with easy access to Seongsan Ilchulbong, Seopjikoji, and Snoopy Garden, making for a comfortable trip.

The accommodation is located right in front of Panpo-gu, so I could see the sea every day, which was great. The host was very kind and responded quickly and helpfully whenever I had any questions, so I was able to stay comfortably. The convenience store is within walking distance, and Hanaro Mart, Daiso, and other places are about a 10-minute drive away, so it was really convenient for living during my one-month stay. Thanks to that, I had a good time staying in Jeju for a month. 😊

I had a wonderful month staying in Jeju. The host's thoughtful consideration and kindness, the well-maintained house (weekly pest control during summer meant there were no mosquitoes or insects), and the beautiful scenery were all impressive. The experience of enjoying brunch at the cafe run by the host while watching dogs playing on the lawn was truly special, and nearby facilities such as Seonhwa Beach, mart, general store, beauty supply store, and local market were very convenient for daily life. I leave with wonderful memories. I would like to visit again next time.

It matches the photos and is close to Olae Market and Seyeon Bridge, so there are many restaurants nearby. They said it's managed separately from the hotel, but cigarette smoke from the next room comes in heavily and communication with the manager doesn't work well. They only send text messages about what's necessary, and I didn't receive any answers to other questions. However, I'm satisfied because the room condition and amenities are all available.

I had a wonderful experience living in a stone-walled house in Jeju! The actual house is much cozier and more charming than the photos...I could tell how much care and affection the owner puts into maintaining it, from the beautiful curtains hanging in each small window...The owner is very kind and helpful whenever I have any questions...The children were so sad on the last day! I think we'll miss it a lot when we go back...Thank you so much!
