I came with my children and mom, and the host reconfigured the accommodation so the children could stay comfortably and even washed and disinfected the bedding. Every morning, my mom would brag about how wonderful the house was to her acquaintances over the phone—it became her daily routine. The house was clean, and there's a building manager who takes care of the property, so we were able to stay safely. There's a beach right in front, the market is nearby, and there are many great restaurants. The host was very considerate, and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

The two owners are very kind, the environment is clean, and the surrounding scenery is truly Jeju-like~~

Right in front of Hamdeok Beach, so I could see the emerald sea every day, which was really wonderful. The studio-style layout was clean, and bedding, towels, and kitchenware were all well stocked, so I could stay comfortably. There is a 24-hour convenience store on the first floor, and cafés, restaurants, and marts are all within a few minutes' walk, so daily life was really convenient. Staff are on site and CCTV is installed throughout, so I felt safe even staying alone. The price is reasonable even including management fees, and considering this view, location, and amenities, I think it was a really good choice. 🌊

Located in the bustling Jungang district, it's really convenient because you can walk to almost everything you need like convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes. The bus stop is right in front, so I'd recommend it to backpackers too! The accommodation is kept clean and tidy just like in the photos. Cooking utensils and tools are all provided so it's great for preparing simple meals. Each room has a small washing machine for doing laundry, and there's also a large shared washing machine and dryer available separately, so you can do laundry without worry during your trip 😊 I visited in summer and the air conditioning was incredibly cool and the sunlight came in nicely, so I was able to spend my time in the accommodation comfortably. And most importantly, the owner is really kind! When I had questions or inquiries, they responded quickly and showed thoughtful consideration, so I was able to stay in a good mood throughout my stay. With a great location and satisfying value for money, this is an accommodation I'd like to use again next time I visit Jeju. 😊🤍

However, I am writing a review to inform you of this advantage • Cleaning fee separate: In addition to the rent, a cleaning fee is added and charged once regardless of the number of nights of stay. If it is included in the rent, it can be a burden to the customer, so they say they charge a flat rate at actual cost • No personal hygiene products: Since it is a space rental service, personal hygiene products (e.g. shampoo, soap, etc.) are not provided. However, it can be purchased cheaply at a nearby mart, and is operated at a reasonable rent.

Thanks to the host's quick responses, everything from booking to moving in was very smooth. The interior was exactly as shown in the photos—clean and refined—and the space was utilized so well that you wouldn't think it was just an 8-pyeong studio. The view from the private terrace was lovely, and it was really convenient to stay with OTT services like Netflix, YouTube, and Wave, plus a beam projector all available. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was surprisingly quiet, which allowed for plenty of rest. Being in a great location for traveling anywhere in Jeju was also a big advantage.

It's a new building so it's clean, the owner is kind, and it's a great place for a quiet trip on the west side of Jeju.

I was a bit worried because there were no reviews, but there were more residents than expected and the complex was bright, so it was an unnecessary concern lol. When you leave the complex, there's a horse ranch across the street, and past the convenience store is a dairy farm with cows across from it - you can really live together with nature. If you go out a little, there are many restaurants and cafes, and it's clean and comfortable to stay for a month. I recommend the Hutgan Deban Sweet Cafe nearby hehe

The host is very kind and responds quickly. It's on the 2nd floor, so it's convenient when guests visit.

We found a first-floor accommodation so we could stay comfortably with our child😊 Everything from the bedroom to the bathroom was organized and clean, and we were satisfied throughout our stay. The owner was also very kind and helpful, and having an EV charger right in front was really convenient! The location was great for exploring Pyoseong, Songdang, and Seogwipo areas, making it easy to plan our itinerary. I'd like to recommend this as a great accommodation option for a Jeju trip with children!🩷

We rested comfortably in this quiet village. Everyday conveniences such as Hanaro Mart, the convenience store, and the Hallim Traditional Market were all within a short distance, so we could live without any inconvenience. I had a wonderful 24-night, 25-day stay~♡ The host was so kind, and although we didn't meet in person, I appreciated the quick responses. The aunt was also very kind, and even though I only saw her twice, I actually found that comforting and it made my stay more comfortable. It was truly a happy time.

I stayed for a week with my family, a dog, and an 8-month-old baby. The accommodation is extremely clean and neat. The bedding is fluffy and there are plenty of extra blankets. You provided charcoal generously, so we enjoyed plenty of barbecue during the week. As a service, you offered a tangerine-picking experience at the mandarin orchard in front of the house. The 3 rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are large, making it convenient to bathe the baby. No parking worries and we had a very comfortable and fun time. It's a great room I'd like to stay at again next time. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much for your kindness, owner!!!~~~
