It's in a quiet location but very close to the city center, so it was perfect for staying. The host was really kind and responded quickly, making everything so convenient.🫶 It was great to watch airplanes from the balcony with the kids and it was the best place to relax and enjoy leisure time.

I had booked a single bed room since I was only staying for one night, but the owner suggested it might be uncomfortable and kindly upgraded me to a double bed room for free, so I was able to stay comfortably. While there are signs of age, the value for money is excellent, and I felt at ease knowing there are no cleaning fees or utility charges. The owner was very kind, and the convenience store and Chinese restaurant within walking distance were handy when needed. The Jeju Folk Village night opening was also great. I liked that it seems to be operated mainly for people doing monthly stays, as people don't frequently move in and out, and most of the parked cars remain the same.

The location is good, except for those who are sensitive to airplane noise.

I lived alone for a month. It was very nice. The kitchenware and various **** were provided, so even though I lived there for a month, I hardly had to take anything with me or buy anything locally. I just bought groceries. Personally, I don't like places where sunlight doesn't reach the house, but this place has glass windows so it's always bright and nice. I often heard that there are a lot of bugs in houses in Jeju Island(?), so I was worried, but there weren't any, and it was clean and well-cleaned. I brought my own car, so I didn't feel any inconvenience in transportation. And there was a convenience store nearby, so I used it very usefully. However, it wasn't open 24 hours and didn't open early in the morning, which was a little disappointing. It was actually better because it was a little far from downtown Seogwipo. It was a quiet and secluded neighborhood. The wired/wireless internet was also very fast, so there was no problem with working remotely. If you have a car, like a quiet place, and are looking for a place to spend your vacation, I recommend this place~~~

This is a Jeju accommodation that will remain in my memory for a long time, where I was able to rest in comfort and quiet throughout my stay. When traveling, there are times when the time spent at your accommodation feels more precious than the time spent touring tourist attractions, and this place was exactly that kind of space. What I liked most was the large floor-to-ceiling window next to the dining table. In the morning, warm sunlight streams in, and outside the window, Jeju's unique basalt stone walls and a small courtyard paved with pebbles unfold. I really enjoyed the time spent quietly gazing at the scenery while drinking a cup of coffee. I was able to feel a sense of happy leisure without doing anything at all. The interior of the accommodation is clean and uncluttered, yet exudes a charming, cozy vibe. The vintage tiles in the kitchen and the cream-colored refrigerator were particularly cute. It was also convenient as the tableware and cooking utensils were well-equipped. From the bedding to the dry vanity and bathroom, everything was impeccably clean, and with a washing machine and dryer provided, I experienced no inconvenience during my stay. The high ceilings and the duplex structure were also impressive. The large wooden ceiling fan running coolly circulated the indoor air, making the space much more pleasant. There is a special space prepared for children in the attic on the second floor, which seemed like it would become their own little hideout. I thought it would be perfect for a family trip. I also really liked the location. It was close to the beautiful Jeju sea, atmospheric cafes, great restaurants, and even the volcanic cones (oreum), making it a great place for sightseeing. It was perfect for spending one day exploring and fully enjoying Jeju, and another day relaxing leisurely at the accommodation without any specific schedule. It was a place where I could enjoy both the excitement of travel and the tranquility of rest. What I loved most was the serene atmosphere unique to this place. I was able to escape from my busy daily life and spend the day entirely at my own pace. I think I will often think back on this trip. I was able to get in touch with the host quickly throughout my stay, so I had a comfortable time. Thank you for providing such a comfortable and beautiful space. Next time, I would like to stay longer.

I found the perfect house to spend a month with my Pomeranian, and this place was absolutely amazing! Located in the heart of Seogwipo City, everything I needed—like E-Mart and Starbucks—was just a 3-minute walk away, and the value for money was excellent, making it ideal for a long stay. Since the building is newly constructed, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, and it comes with free parking and a washing machine, so it had everything necessary for long-term living. The Bada Ollae Trail and a wonderful walking path are right next door, so my Pomeranian could enjoy comfortable walks, and thanks to the quiet yet pleasant neighborhood atmosphere, we could stay comfortably. The ocean view is also attractive, and with many great restaurants nearby, choosing where to eat was fun. It was a truly satisfying experience! ⭐

It was quiet, good for walking, and had great transportation.

Pros - The accommodation is very spacious, so it feels comfortable and not cramped like a hotel. The view of Hallasan Mountain in front and the Jeju ocean view behind is absolutely stunning. (I'm sad that the photos don't capture the view well ㅠ) There are stairs inside the accommodation, so my child, who is at the age where they love stairs, runs up and down them constantly. At night, they pass out without even adjusting to the room, giving my husband and me some free time. The kids' room is equipped with various play equipment, so once the child goes inside, they won't come out even if you call them. Parking is convenient, and there is a recycling area nearby so you can dispose of waste immediately. - The location is such that, excluding the Seogwipo area, you can get to most places within a 30-minute drive, making it very easy to plan your schedule and route. - A No Brand store recently opened nearby, so you can buy everything there except for Jeju specialties; you can truly come empty-handed. - I had to contact the landlord for a minor matter, and they were incredibly kind and responded quickly. - Disadvantages - The house is big, so cleaning is difficult. - The water pressure is too strong, so drainage is poor (however, this can be resolved by turning the faucet lever only halfway, which makes the pressure just right). It is a house I am sad to leave now that my life in Jeju is over.

I stayed for a week and had a comfortable time without any inconvenience. I am 100% willing to visit again.

We stayed here for 15 days in Jeju with our twin babies. The twins are still 6-7 months old, so we didn't really need a kids' room, but in case of emergencies we wanted a hospital and pharmacy within 10-15 minutes by car, and we wanted a living room spacious enough for crawling babies. We booked after searching with those needs in mind. First of all, even though it's a first-floor unit, we had a view of Hallasan and airplanes from the living room! We didn't expect much from the view, but seeing Hallasan and airplanes from a first-floor house made us think, "Yes, this is Jeju." We sat there spacing out during every feeding time. ㅎㅎ The host was very kind and very responsive!!! Albaji Beach is only 3-5 minutes from the accommodation. It's a beach plus Olle trail course, so it's really wonderful for walks!!!! Idolepu Beach is also 20-25 minutes on foot, so it's perfect for a walking course!! It's a neighborhood where you can feel Jeju at a comfortable level, and I think we made a better choice than the Jeju City area we had considered. My wife said she'd like to come back again.

The host responded very quickly, so the entire process from booking to check-in was smooth. The house was clean and well maintained, just as described in the listing. With its two-story loft layout, six people could stay comfortably. The quiet countryside village atmosphere made it really great for relaxing. The view from the terrace was beautiful, and there were coffee shops and the beach nearby, so it was truly the best choice for a healing trip to Jeju. The host's kindness and thoughtful consideration really stood out.

The yard is so beautiful~ On a sunny day, just sitting in the yard with a cup of coffee was healing itself! The bed was also very comfortable and the living room sofa was spacious and fluffy, so I often fell asleep while watching TV^^ Within a 10-20 minute walk, there are delicious kimbap, Korean food, and dessert shops, so you can have a fun day without traveling far^^ Thanks to the accommodation, the whole week was nothing but comfort!
