I think you should budget for an 11% website fee added to the accommodation fee. And even if the property wasn't great, it was still 11% cheaper... They say they charge a service fee to both guests and hosts. I didn't check the host fee. And you should also provide detailed information about the website. I visited this site last year too. ㅠㅠ Please keep this in mind.

The accommodation was clean and well-organized, and it was great that there was a garden right in front of the accommodation. It was located in a quiet Hanrim, so it was perfect for healing. And I was able to visit places that were difficult to get to, such as Shinchang Windmill, Suwolbong, Chagwido, and Biyangdo. It was also convenient that the host would collect the recycling and food waste if I left them outside. I rested comfortably and healed for 6 nights and 7 days. One thing I would like to ask is that there was no washing machine, so it wasn't inconvenient, but it would have been better if there was a clothes drying rack and a hanger in the room.

It is located in a bustling area of Seogwipo City, so it is a really good location for Jeju Island living, with convenient facilities, restaurants, hospitals, and things to see. I was staying for two weeks with a child who was not a baby, so when I looked for a place to stay, I considered things like a similar environment to home, the possibility of living in an ondol, and the possibility of having separate rooms, etc. I decided on this place, and it was so nice because I felt like I was home when I went out without any inconvenience!^^

We stayed with our 21-month-old baby for a week and checked out happily. There was no inconvenience at all during our stay, and the neighborhood was great with convenience stores and other amenities nearby. The lawn garden was really beautiful, and the sea was right in front of the property, so the atmosphere was wonderful. It felt quiet and peaceful, like we rested and took a break. We would love to come back again next time!
