I was initially worried when I stayed for a month because there were few reviews and the price was very affordable. To sum it up, the condition and surrounding environment at this price point were the best. I searched for houses for a whole month. Two adults and babies aged 3 months and 20 months stayed here, and occasionally friends visited, but there was really nothing inconvenient. There were many places to visit nearby, and everything to the east was close. It's really great that it's only 10 minutes to Hanaro Mart. During my month-long stay, I frequently visited a nearby Korean restaurant. The breakfast was excellent, it was only a 3-minute drive away which was very convenient, and they also offered takeout for set meals at great value. Whenever there was any issue with the house, the host handled it quickly and well, and I was grateful for how well they took care of us. The surroundings were quiet, so we lived comfortably without any disturbances. If I go east next time, I'm sure I'll come back to this house. Even if I go to play centered around the west, I think I'd choose this house. When driving west from the house, the kids took great naps in the car. I'll definitely come again next time!

It was great to have a private space in a separate house next to the host's place, and it felt safe. It was much prettier and cleaner than the pictures, and I could tell the host took great care in maintaining it. Everything needed for daily living was provided, and with a bus stop nearby and buses running on schedule, there was no inconvenience for getting around. The host was thoughtful in providing food and taking care of all the details, which I really appreciated. It was sad to leave.

No need to go to a cafe.. Amazing views and food.. The host is very kind, and the capsule system is applied so it's reassuring. It's wonderful.

My first choice for a month-long stay in Jeju turned out really great. It's a quiet, secluded neighborhood, so I feel at ease, and I'm also looking forward to trying the different homes in various spots on the east and west sides. Mount Sanbang is right in front of the place, so the view is lovely too. Away from the tiring daily grind of the city, I feel calm and comfortable in the gentle rhythm of everyday life. The warm morning sunlight from the south-facing windows starts my day on a pleasant note, and I'm enjoying my time in a spacious, comfortable space.

The accommodation is really clean, beautifully decorated, and has such a gorgeous garden! ♡ During my week-long stay, it was maintained so well that I didn't see a single bug, which made me even more satisfied. I was grateful for the thorough cleaning every time we went sightseeing, and most importantly, when my youngest got sick and we had to visit the hospital, the owner and his wife thoughtfully looked after my oldest and middle child so they wouldn't be hungry, and they even prepared snacks for the kids. I was truly moved by their warm consideration. ❤️ Until the very moment we left the accommodation, they even gave pocket money to the children. I can't express how grateful and touched I felt. Beyond just having a great accommodation, thanks to the warm hearts of the owner and his wife, this trip will be remembered for much longer. The owner is incredibly kind and it's a comfortable, quiet place to rest! They keep providing food for us ㅠㅠㅠㅠ♡ There are famous restaurants within 5 minutes, and it's close to Seongsan Ilchulbong, Pyeongsan Beach, Aqua Planet, and Udo, which is great^^ I stayed here for a month and it's a place I'd like to visit again when my child grows up!

My family of four, including two sons aged 34 months and 10 months, did a month-long stay in Jeju at this house. Since this was our first month-long stay in Jeju with the babies, I was very worried about finding a place to live, but the host kindly guided us, which put my mind at ease while we were preparing. When we actually visited the house, it was much cleaner than the photos and the information provided. They even meticulously packed bedding and various household items knowing the babies were coming, so I felt good from the moment we arrived. The kids said, "This is our home in Jeju!" and had a great time, sleeping well. In particular, since there were two beds, my older child slept well, and the younger baby slept well on the mattress topper in the small room without worrying about falls. Using the elevator, parking, and taking out the trash was also incredibly convenient. It started getting chilly in late September, so I tried using the boiler, and it was very warm. I also made baby food for my 10-month-old baby, and since there was a rice cooker and kitchenware provided, we stayed comfortably without any inconvenience. There are many supermarkets nearby, and we were able to walk to Hamdeok Beach, Seoubong, and the shops in the nearby bustling area. Even now that we are back to our daily lives, my child talks about the happy memories, saying, "This is our home in Jeju!" I would like to thank the host for being kind and taking care of us and guiding us until the very end. Thank you~

A week-long stay🩷 As soon as the contract was confirmed, the host kindly and thoughtfully shared a detailed list of places to visit and great restaurants, which I found really impressive❤️ The host was so kind that I was truly touched. The condition of the house was perfect, and everything from the tableware to the bedding was clean and well organized. During the week, it rained for about three days due to the typhoon, and on one rainy evening, the host even made buchu-jeon (chive pancakes) and brought them over😱 They were really delicious and I enjoyed them very much. After the rain stopped, I saw a rainbow when I went out for a round of golf, so it was a truly lucky Jeju stay. I'm happy I could also enjoy this feeling of happiness. I have an acquaintance in Seogwipo and visit often, and from now on, I plan to stay only here every time I go^^ I'm very grateful and am leaving with thanks~~ On sunny days, it's like a great restaurant with a truly beautiful view^^

Unit 503 at WellsPlace was truly a perfect choice. The ocean view was exactly as advertised and absolutely stunning, and I felt great knowing the house was maintained so cleanly like new. The area was quiet yet very convenient with Emart, restaurants, and attractions like Olle 7-gil within a 5-minute drive. What I appreciated most was that it was a safe space where I could relax with my children without worry. Above all, it was an accommodation where our entire family could stay comfortably.

I stayed at this house for 3 weeks with a 5-year-old child and a 6-month-old baby, and it was truly the best choice. Since I had a 6-month-old baby, I had the most concerns when choosing a house, but this place exceeded all my expectations. The house was well-equipped with play facilities for children, making it wonderful to spend time with the kids, and there were plenty of childcare supplies that really helped reduce the luggage I needed to bring. The foam mat in the living room created a safe space for the children to play. The entire house was clean and well-organized, and it was convenient to get around since hospitals, museums, theme parks, and restaurants were all nearby. I would like to visit again next time.

I stayed here for 2 weeks out of my 3 weeks living in Jeju with my 7-month-old baby. I had high expectations even before booking because the reviews were so good, and as expected, the place was even better in person than in the photos. It's a lovely house with a beautiful garden. Even on rainy days, it was so nice to just sit and gaze at the garden absentmindedly! There was a baby bumper bed and a baby chair, so it was really convenient. The hosts made us feel so comfortable that it felt like visiting a countryside home. There are many restaurants and cafes just a short walk from the house, which was convenient too! It was such a wonderful place that it made me want to live in Jeju. I'll come back again on my next trip to Jeju^^

I was worried at first after only seeing photos, and I was concerned about mold and such due to Jeju's humid weather. Fortunately, it turned out to be unnecessary worry. The bedding was fluffy and the laundry dried well, and the air conditioning was really well maintained. There was no smell and no mold visible, so it was very clean. This time I used a 2-person room, but next time I'm thinking of booking a 4-person room with my family :)

It's such a pleasant, quiet, and upscale place. It's great for taking walks to the beach, which is about a 10-minute walk away, and the recycling area was convenient. Communication with the host was smooth, and they respond quickly and kindly to any inquiries.
