“1. The host is very kind and responds quickly to inquiries.😆 2. The accommodation is clean and tidy, so there is no need to clean separately after moving in.😍 3. We were able to use vegetables from the vegetable garden and reduce vegetable costs.👍🏿 4. It's a quiet neighborhood, perfect for returning to the accommodation to rest quietly after finishing your Gyeongju trip during the day.😊 5. Gyeongju's sea (Gampo Port, Munmudaewang Mausoleum, etc.) is nearby, making it great for traveling.🌅 6. From the accommodation to Gyeongju's historic district (museums, Cheomseongdae, etc.) takes about 30 minutes by car one way, and since it's not a congested road, there is no inconvenience in driving.👌🏾 7. There are Hanaro Mart, small and medium-sized marts, and convenience stores within about 5 minutes by car, which is great.🙋♀️ 8. Baby kittens visited the accommodation and the children loved it.🐕 9. If you walk down a bit from the accommodation, you can see cows being raised.🎵 10. If you're looking for a spacious accommodation where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city and heal while being with nature, I strongly recommend it.🔥🔥🔥 Looking forward to seeing you again next time! Our family had a great week-long trip to Gyeongju!^^”

“It was such a peaceful, relaxing week. Waking up late and sitting at the yard table drinking morning coffee was a great pleasure, but now it's back to normal. It's a country house, but the interior has been remodeled and is spotless. The boiler works great, and the hot water runs smoothly. I had no issues while living here. A short walk takes you to Jungang Market, where you can explore the area and find plenty of food. A little further on is Hwangridan-gil. I munched on a 10-won bread and walked past Daereungwon Royal Tomb. As I continued, I was surprised to see Cheomseongdae. And I definitely recommend the night views of Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond. They're amazing. ^^ Walking 10,000 steps a day was a daily routine here. Even after walking 18,000 steps and playing, I didn't feel tired. Gyeongju is such a fun place. Thanks to you, I slept soundly, sat in the yard, had a coffee, and had a wonderful vacation. It was a week I'd love to visit again.”

“I stayed here for ten days at the end of July, when a heat wave warning persisted. The heat was stifling, but the air conditioning worked well, keeping us cool indoors. We also enjoyed the mini-pool in the yard. Playing in the water and boiling ramen with pork belly were some of my most exciting memories. I went with my family, and the kitchen was divided into two rooms, allowing for independent living, which was nice. Pros: Best air conditioning, good hot water, clotheslines and poles in the yard, Hanaro Mart nearby, convenience store nearby, and a variety of restaurants, including Pizza Hut and Ttorae Ore. A huge selection of dishes and utensils (steamers, graters, strainers, etc.) Plenty of clotheslines (indoor and outdoor). 25 minutes from downtown Gyeongju, 30 minutes from the East Sea. It's both reasonably close and reasonably far. Cons: There's only one bathroom. We use the main building, but the caretaker lives in a separate building, so those who are shy might find it a little bothersome... (We just said hello.) It was a quiet, small neighborhood. They raised a dozen cows next door, so we went to see them every day. Cute little frogs the size of our thumbnails would often appear in the yard, so there was never a dull moment. We had a great time.”

“Great accommodation at a reasonable price. We had a comfortable stay. The location is very accessible as tourist attractions are nearby. It's convenient as there's a coin laundry nearby as described, and convenience stores are also close. There's an elementary school right in front, and my child had fun playing at the playground. We spent a happy time here.”

“I found this wonderful home while looking for a place to spend Chuseok with my parents. It was much more beautiful and lovely in person than in the photos, and I had a great time during my stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and I spent quality time with my parents walking and sightseeing. The owner was kind and the residents were warm-hearted, making it such a wonderful place that I'd want to live there. The home had plenty of amenities, so even when relatives visited during the holidays, we could use everything comfortably. I want to visit again next time!”

LiveAnywhere is Korea's favorite short-term and vacation rental platform, built for extended stays of one week to six months. From trendy studios in Seoul to relaxing beach houses in Jeju, every home comes fully furnished and can be booked in minutes through the LiveAnywhere app.
It works much like Airbnb, but with a structure designed for longer visits: competitive weekly and monthly rates instead of nightly pricing, no repeated cleaning fees, and utilities included in your payment. That's why an extended stay in Korea through LiveAnywhere often costs noticeably less than booking the same period on a nightly platform.
Some listings include a small security deposit, far smaller than the large lump-sum deposits required by traditional Korean leases. Your deposit is held securely in escrow by LiveAnywhere, not by the host. After checkout, the host checks the property, and once they confirm there are no issues, your deposit is refunded within a maximum of 5 business days.
LiveAnywhere works well as an Airbnb alternative for anyone staying in Gyeongju for a week or more.
