“The view from the living room is truly breathtaking. It's a place filled with sunsets. The six-person dining table in the kitchen is especially useful. It's a bit far from downtown, so you'll need to cook, but there's a large refrigerator in the kitchen, so you can store all the food you bring. You definitely have to try the nearby Ulleung Ben oven-baked pizza. It's delicious.”

“WATNIDER Review I stayed at WATNIDER for a month in Andong Old Town (July 1-31, 2024). A comfortable and safe accommodation for travelers to Andong Old Town, this phrase fits this description perfectly. I will summarize only the advantages. 1. It is a safe accommodation. The owner lives and manages it himself and owns the building, so it is clean, comfortable, and quiet. The owner's attitude of fully respecting the privacy of travelers is great. 2. The kitchenware is Odense, the air purifier is Balmuda, and the rice cooker is Cuckoo. All the household appliances are luxurious and high-performance products, as if they were prepared to help precious children become independent. 3. The bed is in excellent condition, and the blankets and bedding are well-dried and managed in the sun, and the quality is better than hotel bedding. 4. I liked the sofa the most. It is not a cramped two-person sofa. It is a comfortable sofa where even a family of three can relax in a comfortable position, and it was so comfortable to relieve the day's fatigue. 5. Both the master bedroom and the small room are larger than the average 25 pyeong. The master bedroom has 4 windows (1 of which cannot be opened), and even if you open all the windows in the master bedroom, ventilation (7 windows, auto-lock handle windows) is complete. I wake up every morning feeling a cool breeze blowing. When you look from the outside, it looks like it is connected to the buildings next door, but the entire house is very well ventilated because of the exquisite structure. 6. 507 liter LG refrigerator. If you live there for a month, you will find that there are surprisingly many things you need to stock up on in advance. If the refrigerator is small, you will have to go to the mart and convenience store every day when you travel. I conveniently purchased daily necessities like Coupon* and E-Mart (Andong E-Mart) quick delivery, just like I did at home. 7. Built-in closet, large. I could use one of each of the clothes that two people would wear for a month, and even the blankets are neatly stored. 8. I went there for work, but the old stores and tourist spots in the old city center are within a 10-minute walk, so I enjoyed it to the fullest. Most of the famous restaurants in the old city center are within walking distance. I visited the restaurants that the owner introduced and they were all great. In particular, the refreshing and light jjambbong soup at Geukdongbanjeom, the raw beef mung-tigi at Mungchi, and the pig's meal were right in front of the house, so I went there often. 8. There is a dedicated parking space. I parked in the parking space for the first week and then parked on the road in front of the house. The road in front of the house is a paid parking area (10 AM to 6 PM), so you can park comfortably after work. On weekends, you can use the parking space at the Andong Tax Office right next door for free. 9. It was a little inconvenient to have to dry clothes on the indoor drying rack after washing. However, the ventilation is good, so the detergent smell is quickly dissipated.”
LiveAnywhere is Korea's favorite short-term and vacation rental platform, built for extended stays of one week to six months. From trendy studios in Seoul to relaxing beach houses in Jeju, every home comes fully furnished and can be booked in minutes through the LiveAnywhere app.
It works much like Airbnb, but with a structure designed for longer visits: competitive weekly and monthly rates instead of nightly pricing, no repeated cleaning fees, and utilities included in your payment. That's why an extended stay in Korea through LiveAnywhere often costs noticeably less than booking the same period on a nightly platform.
Some listings include a small security deposit, far smaller than the large lump-sum deposits required by traditional Korean leases. Your deposit is held securely in escrow by LiveAnywhere, not by the host. After checkout, the host checks the property, and once they confirm there are no issues, your deposit is refunded within a maximum of 5 business days.
