Set within the coastal town of Seongsan-eup, this rental cottage welcomes pets for a seaside stay. It makes a practical pick if you are traveling with a dog and want to explore the eastern coast.
“We traveled to Jeju for 6 nights and 7 days with three families and our dog, and we were all told we made a good choice. With our 11kg medium-sized dog, we had limited lodging options, but we were able to enjoy a great stay at a reasonable price, even though we didn't have to pay extra for a long stay. First of all, the accommodation was located about an hour from the airport, so it was quiet and convenient for a family stay. It was close to Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, Seopjikoji, and Seongeup Village, and there were plenty of good restaurants near Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, so food was no problem. The owner seemed to take great care of us, as the blankets and towels were clean and odor-free, and I loved the large bathroom. And as soon as we arrived, the owner sent us a text message with recommendations for dog-friendly restaurants and tourist attractions, which was incredibly helpful during our stay. Finally, the road leading from the accommodation offers a view of the ocean, so we took our dog for a morning walk and became close with the convenience store owner, which was really nice. I'd love to stay here again next time I travel east. Stay healthy, owner!”

Living in this detached private villa in Aewol-eup feels like having a peaceful coastal retreat where mornings are spent with a pet without worrying about extra rules. It is an ideal setup for a group of friends or a traveling family bringing a dog along for a long island stay.
“A dreamlike month-long stay in Jeju ♡♡♡ We stayed for a month in August, just in time for the kids' vacation. I thought the most important thing about a one-month stay in Jeju was the accommodation. So, I researched diligently and chose carefully from the beginning of the year. A private space for our family, a spacious yard, a water play area for the water-loving kids to play in whenever they want, and an ocean view was perfect... This accommodation met all of these criteria, and it was exactly as pictured when I visited. I could feel the attention to detail in every detail, and the house was so charmingly beautiful. The yard with the beautiful pine tree is especially vivid in my mind. There's nothing more relaxing than sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee. When I contacted the host with any questions, they were quick to respond, so I had a great time without any inconveniences. I've only been back for a short time, but I'm eager to go again.”

Set inside a low-rise rental cottage in Namwon-eup, this pet-friendly single-room setup offers a quiet routine surrounded by the calmer side of Seogwipo-si. It is a practical pick for a solo traveler or couple traveling with a dog.
“I'm having a quiet and comfortable trip with my dog^^ I want it to be quiet but not too remote, I'd like to see stone walls when I open the windows, I'd prefer no parking stress, I'd like a place where I can use the kitchen, and I'd like it to be pet-friendly. These were the factors I considered when selecting the accommodation, and all of them were met. The refrigerator is not small and I made ice in the freezer and carried it around~ I wanted a place with a kitchen because I like cooking seasonal food in that area, and it was convenient to use because all the basic furnishings were there. I was completely satisfied because there was a dehumidifier It rained a lot during my stay and I used it very well There's a separate waste disposal bin in the yard so you can dispose of garbage right away. It's a 7-minute drive from Nonghyup, and there's a gas station there too. There's also a delicious cheesecake restaurant nearby. When you open the veranda's full-length windows, you can see stone walls and feel the Jeju vibe even in the accommodation, which was nice. I've been to Jeju many times, but expensive private accommodations and hotels all have their pros and cons. This is an accommodation with sufficient value for money at this price point. I'd like to come back again with my dog and stay healthy next time^^”

“It was really really great... The size is just right for living alone, and the view was really great ㅠㅜ🤍 One thing is that I have to clean the bathroom every day, so the dry toilet wasn't easy for me ㅠㅜㅜ But the bathroom was so clean, and the water pressure in the toilet and shower was so good!! Anyway, everything was just clean, and the ocean view while sitting at the table and eating was really great, and I just wished time would stop. Ah, if I were to live for another month and stay near here, I would definitely come back here 🍊🧡”

LiveAnywhere is Korea's favorite short-term and vacation rental platform, built for extended stays of one week to six months. From trendy studios in Seoul to relaxing beach houses in Jeju, every home comes fully furnished and can be booked in minutes through the LiveAnywhere app.
It works much like Airbnb, but with a structure designed for longer visits: competitive weekly and monthly rates instead of nightly pricing, no repeated cleaning fees, and utilities included in your payment. That's why an extended stay in Korea through LiveAnywhere often costs noticeably less than booking the same period on a nightly platform.
Some listings include a small security deposit, far smaller than the large lump-sum deposits required by traditional Korean leases. Your deposit is held securely in escrow by LiveAnywhere, not by the host. After checkout, the host checks the property, and once they confirm there are no issues, your deposit is refunded within a maximum of 5 business days.
For an extended stay in Jeju, LiveAnywhere works as a straightforward Airbnb alternative: rates are set for week-plus bookings rather than nightly stays, so costs come out lower over time. You also skip repeated cleaning fees, utilities are included in the price, and hosts are verified and legally operating.
No Korean guarantor is required to book a stay in Jeju on LiveAnywhere. That's built into how the platform works, so you can complete the entire booking online without needing someone to co-sign.
