“It's a really clean and pretty place! The owner takes care of the garden with care, waters it every morning, and manages it beautifully and meticulously. Above all, the bedding was really clean and cozy. It smelled good, so I slept well. It might be a bit humid in the summer, but it wasn't like that at all, and I used the towels that they boiled and prepared every time. Everything was really provided, so there was no inconvenience at all. Since there were a lot of people in my family, I asked for bedding and other things, but they were kind and willing to prepare them, and they gave me precious bracken ferns that they picked themselves, cucumbers, and peppers from the field, so I was really grateful and ate them well. I was worried because there were a lot of bugs in Jeju, but there were no bugs, and the whole house was so clean... The bathroom was cleaner than my houseㅎㅎ My mother was impressed by the cleanliness of the kitchen. I really feel like I'm at home and staying comfortably. I want to heal in a quiet place like this again next time, rather than a crowded tourist destination. I'll come back with good people next time, boss~ Stay healthy~”

“A dreamlike month-long stay in Jeju ♡♡♡ We stayed for a month in August, just in time for the kids' vacation. I thought the most important thing about a one-month stay in Jeju was the accommodation. So, I researched diligently and chose carefully from the beginning of the year. A private space for our family, a spacious yard, a water play area for the water-loving kids to play in whenever they want, and an ocean view was perfect... This accommodation met all of these criteria, and it was exactly as pictured when I visited. I could feel the attention to detail in every detail, and the house was so charmingly beautiful. The yard with the beautiful pine tree is especially vivid in my mind. There's nothing more relaxing than sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee. When I contacted the host with any questions, they were quick to respond, so I had a great time without any inconveniences. I've only been back for a short time, but I'm eager to go again.”

“I had a very comfortable stay for 20 days~ Above all, the location is great. It's close to Daejeong-eup and everything is within 20 minutes. It's close to Daejeong Agricultural Cooperative, which is a godsend. I went around the East Sea and the North twice because I had a chance. The manager is kind and calculates utility bills accurately, so he returns the prepaid amount quickly. I also took one of our conure parrots with me~ Bird lovers~ This is the place to stay, take note~ㅎㅎ”

Some listings show a deposit. What is it, and do I get it back?

Some listings include a small security deposit, far smaller than the large lump-sum deposits required by traditional Korean leases.
